Having worked in property management since 2012, Nikki has
found her calling in an industry where no two days are the same. She loves the
constant variety and challenges it provides, but says it’s the people who make
the job so rewarding.

Before working in property management, Nikki was a corporate
travel consultant working with high profile New Zealand businesses. Delivering
exceptional service and possessing strong time management skills were all part
of the role, and they’re skills that have cemented her success in property
management too.

Nikki has lived in the Bays for the majority of her life and
has a great appreciation for the area. Like many of the tenants who choose to
live locally, Nikki loves being just one kilometre walk in either direction
from its beaches.
